Żubr ANTS

The popular spot series for Żubr and with the żubr (bison) in the main role has a new episode. Platige Image contributes to tv commercial with the ants in the ad.

We took care of visual aspect of the spot. The whole animation and graphic work – modelling, rigging, textures, 3D animation, tracking, rendering and compositing – is our contribution. Platige Image had the previous experience in creating brand spots taking place in the open air, but in this case a big challenge regarding the small size of the heroes appeared.

,,Together with the ants, the busy work came. We had commercial with the little grasshopper on our account, but we hadn’t reach such macro scale in Żubr commercials before. There is plenty of ants in the spot and every one of them follows own path. To control this total chaos from animation side not allowing any ant to loose the way, was quite a challenge for our animators (Adam Zienowicz and Bartosz Jerczyński).’’ Piotr Borowski, CG Supervisor.

The creation of spots for Kompania Piwowarska was the task for PZL agency. The director is Iwo Zaniewski and the director of photography – Bartek Kaczmarek. OTO Film was responsible for production and for sound FX – Juice Sound.
Olga Kotas took control of the postproduction. The CG Supervisor of the project was Piotr Borowski.
