TEAM PRODUCER

Platige Image is seeking an experienced team manager to contribute to the seamless delivery of awe-inspiring projects. We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in management within the entertainment industry, combined with a comprehensive understanding of the 3D workflow. As Team Producer, you will oversee a team of exceptional Artists while closely collaborating with the Team Lead, Supervisors, Producers, and the Head of CG. DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES IN A NUTSHELL

– Hiring, managing, and supporting the team of CG Artists

– Supporting the Team Lead in the artistic and technical development of the team

– Scheduling, overseeing, and optimizing work across multiple projects

– Reporting on the progress, challenges, and resource spending

– Cooperating with the Head of CG, Supervisors, Producers, and other Team Producers toward the smooth delivery of the projects

– Facilitating communication and cooperation within and between the teams

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

– Minimum 3 years of professional experience in team management

– At least 1 year of experience working in animation, film/TV production, post-production, game development, or related field in the entertainment industry

– Understanding of the 3D pipeline

– Well-developed leadership, organizational, communication, and coordination skills

– Solid PM skills (knowledge of tools and general methodologies in project management)

– Proactive problem-solving mindset

– Positive and constructive attitude

– Fluent English and Polish are essential

ADDITIONALLY SCORED

– Experience working with ShotGrid (Shotgun), ftrack, or similar software

– Deep knowledge of VFX / Full CG workflows

– Interest in new technologies

– A keen eye for art
