Senior Compo Artist

Platige Image is looking for an experienced Senior Compo Artist with a strong sense of balance, light, and colour. The person in this position will work closely with our CG Supervisor in Commercial Team to composite the numerous elements that complete the visual effects shot. You will have an excellent opportunity to participate in various projects commissioned by the biggest companies in the world. DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES IN A NUTSHELL

– Create high-quality digital composites and visual effects for our projects.

– Track (both 2D and 3D), matte extraction, lay of elements, and color grade.

– Seamless integration of live-action, miniature and CGI sources.

– Work closely with CG Supervisors to composite the numerous factors that complete the visual effects shot. 

– Follow the production process and develop creative approaches and problem-solving.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

– At least 3-years’ experience in a similar position.

– Experience in compositing with Nuke for advanced VFX projects. 

– A keen eye for detail.

– Ability to work under tight deadlines.

– Excellent communication skills. 

ADDITIONALLY SCORED

– A traditional arts background with an emphasis on photo-realistic aesthetics.

– Experience with Maya or other 3D packages.

– Basic knowledge of Unreal Engine.
