Platige Image is looking for an ambitious Junior Pipeline TD to join the ranks of our Pipeline Team. You will have the opportunity to develop crucial tools for the production of world-class CGI and VFX projects and learn from the best in the industry. Sounds interesting? Join us!

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES IN A NUTSHELL

– Support the development of in-house Python tools that shape and automate the production of computer graphics.
– Adapt our tools to support new workflows and technologies.
– Explore opportunities for technical or workflow improvements.
– Cooperate with team members and artists to better understand the needs and implement smart solutions.
– Participate in the code review process.
– Maintain and support the use of existing tools.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

– Minimum 2 years of professional programming experience.
– Good knowledge of Python.
– Basic knowledge of one of software: Maya, Nuke, Houdini.
– Knowledge or interest in the areas of computer graphics.
– Good problem solving and communication skills.
– Communicative English skills.

ADDITIONALLY SCORED

– Experience in environments: Game Dev, Commercials, Cinematics, VFX.
– Experience with using version control systems.
– Knowledge of Shotgrid, C++, CMake, Qt/PySide, pytest, Linux, Docker, CI/CD, Git, SQL.
