Required Skills:
- A minimum of 2 years’ proven experience focused on lighting, shading or rendering
- Solid knowledge of Maya
- Working knowledge of Arnold or VRay
- Understanding of the whole 3D pipeline from animation to compositing
- A good eye for color and detail as it relates to organic models
- Ability to adapt to a high pressure, fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Self-motivation and a great team-player.  

Plus:  
- Training in traditional arts (painting, drawing, photography, etc.)
- 3D Generalist experience
- Knowledge of the following softwares: 3ds Max/Mari/ZBrush
- Team management skills.

Required:
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in rigging and scripting in game development environment, commercials, VFX or equal.
- Extensive, long term experience in Maya.
- Production proven experience in design and create of face animation rigs, auto rigging systems and hi-end data flow tools in Python/MEL and/or C++.
- Experience in mentoring and support other TD’s and Character Animators.
- Good problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivation and a great team-player.

Plus:
- Previous experience working in game cinematics pipeline or CG feature environment.
- A general technical/math background including programming, scripting and software development.
- Knowledge of Motion Builder.
- Experience with Faceware and/or Vicon software.
- Experience in cloth simulation in Maya (nCloth, Syflex, Qualoth) or other Character FX tasks.

Layout/Previs Artist (artist)

We are currently seeking experienced Senior Layout/Previs Artist 

ROLE: The person will be responsible for creation of proxy 3d assets, staging, blocking and camera work. The assignments of the candidate will be to create the previsualization sequences and shots for the movie according to the director's guidelines, whilst reporting to the lead layout artist.

Required skills: 
- At least 2 years’ experience desired in a relevant field or 1 year experience as in-game cinematic artist.
- In-depth knowledge of Maya or/and Motion Builder.
- Strong knowledge of cinematic language, staging, blocking, composition and camera work.
- Good understanding of the editing process.
- Good command of English.
- Knowledge of animation process including mocap based character animation.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work within an established pipeline and learn to use custom tools.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and having a director looking over your shoulder.

Plus:
Adobe Premiere Pro software experience.
- Shotgun working knowledge.
- Experience in storyboarding, design, 2D animation.
- Experience in non-commercial animation, short, indie game art.
- Film/Art School degree in a relevant field experience is desired but not a must.
