Right now we are looking for: CHARACTER TD experienced in creating character rigs and animation tools for high-end rendered shots.

REQUIRED:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in rigging (game industry, commercials, VFX or equal)
- Strong knowledge of Maya proofed by commercial projects  
- In-deepth experience in Python
- Deep understanding of character design and animation, as it relates to rig development

ROLE:
You’ll collaborate closely with the Art Directors and Supervisors to define the vision for both the characters and organic modeling. The ideal candidate has an experience in modeling and texturing characters and should be able to produce photorealistic models.

REQUIRED:
- A minimum of 2+ years previous experience as a Character Artist
- An extensive knowledge of Zbrush
- A solid knowledge of Mari
- Demonstrable experience in modelling and integrating textures into 3D environments using Maya
- Possess a strong understanding of light, color, and perspective
- Very strong polygonal subdivision modeling skills and uv mapping
- Excellent sense of proportions and proven knowledge of anatomy
- Ability to work with provided concept art
- Ability to create photorealistic models
- Creativity
- Good eye for a detail, good visual analytical skills
- Work as part of a team.

NICE IF YOU HAVE:
- Expertise with Adobe Photoshop.
- More than 3 years of CG experience.

Maya TD (studio tools/r&d)

Right now we are looking for:  Maya TD able to maintain and improve technical aspects of work in Maya software and provide support in terms of scripting and be able to compose scenes according to the business needs.

REQUIRED:
- A minimum 2 years of commercial experience in Maya software
- Strong knowledge of scripting languages (i.e. Python, Mel)
- Proven ability to write and support tools in Maya, including solving out Maya related technical issues
- Understanding of all aspects of 3D animation pipeline including character animation, environment creation, look-dev, lighting and composition
- Good command of English
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Self-starter and a team-player personality
- Ability to cope with tight deadlines  

NICE, IF YOU HAVE:
- Previous experience working in 3D industry (i.e. game cinematics pipeline, VFX or CG feature environment)

Shading & Lighting Artist (artist)

Platige Image is an award winning animation studio for creative  endeavors specializing in designing CG imagery, 3D animation, and digital special effects. At Platige, we combine film and advertising work with a strong passion for art, education, and entertainment.  

Right now we are looking for Shading & Lighting Artist for full time job for upcoming projects.

Our successful candidate will be a shading artist, painting textures from scratch as well as talented with shot lighting and rendering.  Successful applicants will have a well-developed artistic eye, a good working knowledge of color and design. As a part of the team in you will work closely with other Shading and Lighting Artists.  

WORK PLACE: Warsaw/Poland

Required Skills:
- A minimum of 2 years’ proven experience focused on lighting, shading or rendering
- Solid knowledge of Maya
- Working knowledge of Arnold or VRay
- Understanding of the whole 3D pipeline from animation to compositing
- A good eye for color and detail as it relates to organic models
- Ability to adapt to a high pressure, fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Self-motivation and a great team-player.  

Plus:  
- Training in traditional arts (painting, drawing, photography, etc.)
- 3D Generalist experience
- Knowledge of the following softwares: 3ds Max/Mari/ZBrush
- Team management skills.
